Ingredients

1 1/2 cup plant based milk

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp of maple syrup
Method

Place all ingredients into a medium sized saucepan and let it come to a boil.

Stir in oats and reduce to medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until oats are creamy, stirring frequently.

Once cooked, place the oats in a bowl and pour extra plant based milk over oats if desired and add toppings. Examples: nuts, fruit, nut butter, maple syrup.
