Why choose Nib + Noble?

Why choose Nib + Noble?

Why is Nib + Noble drinking chocolate different from other brands, you ask?  Hear us out, there are so many reasons!  Below we will cover a few of the main ones:

Firstly, Nib + Noble hot chocolate doesn’t contain any fillers or additives.  We live by the motto of #betterforyourbody.  There are no weird ingredients which you can't pronounce, or numbers and colourings in our products.  Nib + Noble products are straight forward, honest, with no dodgy stuff.

We believe you should be able to enjoy your food, and enjoy the things you want to eat without worrying about the presence of unnecessary nasties that are found in so many store bought products.

Our drinking chocolates are free of milk powders, so are dairy free.  We are very careful to keep them gluten free, they contain zero refined sugars, they are organic, and last but not least they are plant based - so they contain zero animal derived ingredients.

We prefer to use coconut sugar as the sweetener in our drinking chocolates rather than refined white sugar.  Coconut sugar contains a fibre called inulin which helps to reduce blood sugar spikes, therefore coconut sugar has has a lower glycemic index than white sugar.  Coconut sugar is unrefined, so it still retains its naturally occurring vitamins and minerals.

Another difference with Nib + Noble products is that we use cacao instead of cocoa in all of our products.  Minimal heat is used in the processing of cacao powder, as opposed to cocoa which has been subjected to high temperatures and stripped of its nutritional value.  Cacao powder is therefore superior in our opinion due to it retaining its nutritional benefits, and quality.

Lastly, Nib + Noble is also different because we are a family owned small business and everything on offer is hand made by us - no soulless mass manufacturing found here.  Also, everything we make for you we also consume in our family on a daily basis.  Literally made by our family for yours!
