We always stand by our motto of 'better for your body'. This forms the basic premise of why we do what we do, as we want to offer only ingredients and products that are good for your health. We aim to be free of any nasties, and create products you can feel good about putting into your body.
As the name suggests, our Nourish Granola will nourish your precious body and set you up for a great day! When we created this product we set out to create a granola that would set the whole family up for the day with its nutritious, tasty and filling ingredients.
The benefits you get from having Nourish Granola for breakfast are many, however we have managed to condense it down to 9:
- Because Nib + Noble Granola contains only rice malt syrup as a sweetener, it is very low in sugar. Refined sugar is stripped of any nutrients and causes blood sugar irregularities, which nobody needs - especially at breakfast time. The sugar content of Nourish Granola is also very low, at 2.4g per serve.
- Nib + Noble granola is high in protein in the form of walnuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, with 5.8g of protein per serve.
- Nib + Noble granola contains zero nasty refined vegetable oils. We only use only high quality Australian extra virgin olive oil. You would be hard pressed to find a granola on the supermarket shelves which is free of refined vegetable oils.
- It is dairy free, plant based and vegan friendly.
- Our Granola is packaged inside home compostable packaging - not just better for your body but also better for the earth.
- We use organic and 80% Australian ingredients in our granola, preferring to source our ingredients locally where possible as we would much rather support local industries.
- High in fibre - because our granola is high in fibre, it fills you up and keeps you full for longer, as well as aiding digestion.
- No additives, numbers, colours, preservatives - no weird funny business over here. What you see is what you get.
