Easy drinking chocolate bliss balls
These are seriously delicious little morsels that you can keep on hand as nutritious little snacks throughout the day! Keep in the fridge so that the coconut oil doesn't melt :)
Ingredients:
- 1 cups oats
- 1/2 cup Nib and Noble drinking chocolate powder (we used sugar free)
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup rice malt syrup
Method:
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend well until combined
- Roll into balls and keep in fridge until set
