Frequently Asked Questions

We try to answer all possible questions which pop up. If you have a question we haven't answered here, please contact us.

Where do your ingredients come from?

All our products contain ingredients sourced from imported and local ingredients only from trusted sources. Organic Cacao Powder (Fair Trade): South-East Mexico; Organic Coconut Sugar: Indonesia.

How should I store your products?

All Nib and Noble products are best kept in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. The organic chocolate sauces are also best kept in the fridge once opened and consumed within 3 months.

Are your products organic?

Our drinking chocolates (Original, Chai and Chilli) are Certified Organic with the ACO (https://aco.net.au/).

Nib and Noble Australia Organic Certification

All our products contain certified organic ingredients, as some ingredients like Himalayan Salt are not available as certified organic. All of the ingredients used in our products are sourced from only the best suppliers we could find. We are working hard to obtain our own organic certification and hope to have this completed very soon.

How are our products produced?

All of Nib and Noble products are made with the greatest of care to ensure a quality product is produced.  This ensures we offer our customers what they expect - a delicious, healthy and good quality treat.

How do you post your products?

All our internet orders are dispatched either with Fastway or Australia Post parcel service within 1-2 business days on receipt of payment. Receipt of delivery will vary depending on the location requested to have the order sent.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently this is unavailable.

What type of payment do you accept?

Nib and Noble accepts payments via our secure online payment system and via PayPal. You can pay with all major credit/debit cards.

How can I become a stockist and purchase wholesale?

Please contact us via the Contact page or email us directly at hello@nibandnoble.com.

Why has my sauce become a little thick or runny?

Sometimes you will find that the consistency of the sauce can change. This is due to the sensitivity of the Organic Coconut Sugar used to make the syrup base which is effected due the temperature where stored. If a little too solid, slightly warm the sauce by placing the bottle in warm water to become more liquefied.
